Room Capacity - 250 seats
Dress Code - Anything Legal (from Jeans to Furs)
Age Requirements - Friday and Saturday shows: 21 and over w/ valid ID
Wednesday and Thursday shows: 18 and over w/ valid ID
Smoking or Non-Smoking Sections - The LEXINGTON FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT SMOKING ORDINANCE will be in effect. No smoking will be permitted in the building. We appreciate your cooperation.
Cameras / Recorders - For the performer's protection and safety, Flash Photography, Video Cameras and Audio Recorders are strictly prohibited and are subject to club confiscation.
Club Etiquette - As in any theater, certain behavior is expected. Out of RESPECT to the performers and those seated around you, please keep ALL table conversation to a minimum. Shouting out toward the stage or another guest will not be tolerated. Please do not bring attention to yourself or your group. We want you and your friends to have a good time. As a matter of fact, that is our business, but not at the expense of the show. If you must have a cell phone on, we will monitor it for you at the bar. If you must have a beeper with you, please turn it on vibrate. Please have a great time and trust the best comedy talent in the nation to provide the show. Follow these few rules and we'll assume you've been out in public before!
Food - We do not serve dinner at the club. However, we are within a couple of miles of nearly all of Lexington's busiest and finest restaurants.
Drink - We do have a one-drink minimum. It doesn't have to be alcoholic, but we're FUNNIER if it is! Comedy Off Broadway has a full-service bar, i.e., domestic, import and premium beer, merlot, chardonnay, white zinfandel, sparkling wine, well and premium liquors, liqueurs, super-premium brandy and cognacs, well and premium juice drinks, coffee drinks, blended drinks, multi-liquor blended and flavored frozen drinks, as well as a large array of non-alcoholic blended frozen drinks, soft drinks, Fruitopia, juices and bottled water. All Showroom tabs will have a 15% gratuity added.
Large Group Policies - Parties larger than four must pre-pay in order to guarantee sitting together. Parties larger than ten agree to pay the one-drink minimum for any guest that does not attend the show if the seat goes empty. No refunds are granted for no-shows - all sales are final. If after ticket purchase a situation arises, please call immediately. A possible resale may be arranged, we will try (day of show problems are nearly impossible to fix). Mailing Tickets - We prefer not to send tickets through the mail. Due to the unreliability of the mail, we prefer to hold all tickets at our will-call window. The tickets can be available for pick up, from up to a month prior until your actual showtime. If you insist on mailing the tickets, we cannot be held accountable for tickets after mailing.
